Tempo is a calendar intelligence platform that aggregates user-connected calendars and provides structured daily summaries and insights.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tempo.

  • Providing accurate information

Tempo allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., calendar providers). You acknowledge:

  • We access only the data required to provide the Service
  • We do not control third-party platforms
  • You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Tempo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. No Professional Advice

Tempo provides scheduling insights and summaries. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tempo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
